1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information when your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 3-7 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS): 2-3 business days

Express Shipping (FedEx Overnight / UPS Next Day): 1 business day

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check checkout for current promotions.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Varalion ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Packaging & Cold Chain

All peptide compounds are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Orders are packed to maintain product integrity during transit. We recommend storing all compounds in a cool, dry place upon receipt, away from direct sunlight.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost, contact us at hello@varalion.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Varalion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us at orders@varalion.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Varalion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@varalion.com and we will attempt to correct it before dispatch.
