1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptide compounds that require strict storage and handling conditions — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a product defect, please contact us at hello@varalion.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the packaging and product.
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at orders@varalion.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not simply delayed), contact us at hello@varalion.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and, subject to the outcome, may offer a replacement or store credit.
5. Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@varalion.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances: opened or used products, products not stored correctly after delivery, products purchased in error (wrong compound, quantity, etc.), and orders where the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
